Our Return Policy
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in its originalunused conditionwithin 30 days of our shipment. A full refund will be given.  We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on used merchandise.  Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Damaged Merchandise:
Items that are damaged or contain manufacturing defects, may be returned within 30 days of our shipment for an exchange of the same product. If possible the item will be repaired. There will be no cost of shipping to the customer for returns of damaged or defective merchandise.

What to do:
In the event that you need to return a product to us, please email us at  info@retropedalcars.com  or call 877-RETRO-04.  Please note: Returned items must be in their original box. All manuals, packaging, shipping inserts, must accompany the return. Basically, You must have ALL original packaging.

Order Cancellations:

• A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped. 
• An order canceled while product is in transit will be subject to a restocking fee. Minimum $25.

Shipping Info

Orders are shipped same or next business day after they are received via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. During the Christmas season, orders may take slightly longer to be shipped. No orders will be shipped on the weekend or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. The majority of orders will be shipped directly from the US manufacturer. You will receive UPS or FedEx tracking information via email after shipment. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the approximate delivery time (to the best of our knowledge). We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

To keep product costs as low as possible, the majority of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Free Shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders placed to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and International orders will incur a shipping fee. Shipping cost will be actual shipping fee less the amount a shipment would have cost to the United States. 
 
Transit times will vary but typically will be 3-5 business days from the date your order ships. Depending on your location, some transit times can be as short as one or two business days.

We also make it a point to contact customers immediately (same or next business day after receipt of order) by phone and email if an item looks like it won't ship promptly.

Privacy Policy  
We don't sell your info we don't give it away, we only contact you if you sign up for our newsletter or you've made and order that needs a follow up, we have a cookie that tracks the user session on the store and keeps the shopping cart info. If you ask the site to save your password details then another cookie is created that is tracked when you come back to the store. All info is used only by us and will at no time be shared or sold.
